San Vicente School
169 Bejong Street, Barrigada, Guam

San Vicente School had old rusted metal corrugated sheets for roofing. The uppermost floor had no existing ceiling resulting in classrooms that were unbearably hot in sunny days and flooded in rainy days.
The school had a very limited budget. Time was also a critical factor. The school cannot close for a long period of time.
PIC worked on the school's roof in one weekend in 2004. 2 inches of polyurethane foam was applied and covered with 20 mils of acrylic coating.
PIC not only effectively sealed the roof and cooled the upper floor, it met the schools budget and time constraint.
